How we work
We’re upfront about free claims
Anyone can claim from the State for free. We say so on everything we send, and earn our fee by doing the work.
Fees on the State’s own form
Never more than 15%, nothing up front, and paid only from what’s recovered.
We work through the estate’s lawyer
The attorney stays copied, and court steps stay with them. We don’t give legal advice.

You deal with the same person on every file, and you always know where a claim stands.
Where we work
We’re based in Eatontown, New Jersey, and serve estates across the tri-state area. Today we file claims with New York’s Office of the State Comptroller.

Abandoned funds held by the State can be obtained directly from the Office of the State Comptroller by the owner of such funds without paying a fee. These funds are held indefinitely by the Office of the State Comptroller.
